hi! I’m Jenna.

There are very few things in this world that I love more than donuts. One of those is my family.

A year and a half ago, we uprooted our little family and moved from Atlanta to Alaska. Our two Georgia peaches acclimated quickly to the arctic cold, so we decided to add in a baby brother to all of the fun.

We live by this anthem ::

I'm running faster than my true identity!

You're probably wondering what it means. Rayne, our oldest, came up with that one. She shouted it once, at the top of her lungs, while running on the beach. Take note of phrases that kids make up - it's in these that you'll find their family values.

True identity is something we talk about a LOT in our family. We are teaching our kids to be fully aware of their identity and worth - to know without a doubt that they are inherently valuable and loved and included.

So, while Rayne's four year old mind was just trying to thinking of the best way to measure her speed, she unknowingly set forth a challenge to us all ::

Discover your true identity.

Receive your true identity.

Believe your true identity.

Inhabit your true identity.

And then? Run faster than your true identity.
